Sane in an insane world
Everyday I wonder how society could be like this. Swayed this way or the other based on what’s reported in the so-called news. But the mainstream media has a ton of respect in our society, so this is understandable. What is not understandable is why they have this respect still. We’re so thoroughly indoctrinated into this facade of a worldview that we will defend it tooth and nail if it is questioned. Either that or we’ll act disinterested because we don’t want to show how triggered we are by someone merely questioning the world around us. The sane people see how things really are and rightfully question the world. The insane, who constitute the majority, let people think and decide for them. They are easily activated by the mainstream media to carry out whatever agenda is next. But in this society, the sane are labeled insane and vice versa.
Rejecting Nature
Most animals in the animal kingdom live in harmony with their environment. They eat how their nature dictates they should. Humans, who see themselves as the most intelligent animals, take a different route. We allow ourselves to drift further from Nature and its healing power. We do this in favor of man-made remedies concocted in a lab. We progressively shun the foods Nature has provided in favor of man-made, food-like items. Then we turn around and act surprised by the prevalence of chronic illnesses. The chronic illness is the rejection of Nature and what we call chronic illnesses are simply what results from that rejection.
Out-tuition
Humans have an innate knowledge of the world around us, we call it intuition. No one can teach you this knowledge or how to use it, but we live in a society that places a high value on verifiable, hard data. The problem here is that the flow of information is slowly being controlled by the hands of The Few, who then scoff at intuition as a nonsense. This is done subliminally and is the result of our obsession with hard data, or what They call Their “science”. Your gut lets you know when something is off, or if something to be sought or avoided, but we don’t train ourselves to rely on this ability. Instead, we incessantly look outwardly for guidance, which is acceptable for children but pitiful for an adult. We’re turning our back on ourselves in favor of central authority, which is slowly guiding humanity to a permanently infantile state of mind.
“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”
Krishnamurti
